La Clínica Santa María realiza talleres de biodanza gratuitos todos los martes del año para pacientes que sufren o han padecido algún tipo de cáncer. La biodanza utiliza una metodología vivencial con ejercicios, inspirados y estructurados a partir de gestos naturales del ser humano. Enseñando dicha disciplina se pretende disminuir el nivel de estrés, aumentar la energía vital, ayudarse a superar la depresión y estimular la autoestima, entre otros temas de gran importancia para enfrentar la fuerte carga emocional que acompaña esta enfermedad.
El taller está a cargo de Cecilia Vera, profesora certificada de biodanza con 12 años de experiencia, quien ha realizado diferentes proyectos terapéuticos, clínicos y organizacionales.
hola como estas ,espero que bien bueno yo estoy interezado en asistir a el tema de la bio danza
he estado un tiempo mas menos largo en tratamiento para la depresion ,ahora me encuentro si
medicamentos ,siguiendo una terapia psicologica y creo que seria bastante bueno participar de sus clases .
